    আমি পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুরের একটি স্কুলে শিক্ষকতা করি। আমি দেখছে পশ্চিমমেদিনীপুরের বেশ কিছু স্কুলে একাদশ শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা চলা কালীন পঞ্চম থেকে দশম শ্রেণীর ক্লাস টিফিন পর্যন্ত হচ্ছে এবং যে দিনগুলি পরীক্ষা থাকে না সেই দিনগুলি পুরো ক্লাস চলছে.... আমার প্রশ্ন যে HS COUNCIL এর সার্কুলার থাকা সত্বেও বিদ্যালয় গুলি স্বেচ্ছায় কি এভাবে পঠনপাঠন চালাতে পারে?

  4. Sir , I am working in a new-set up jr. high school (upper primary ). I want to complete my b.ed course on deputation . bt the ADI/S(se) , Jhargram told me that I would not get the deputation to persue the course . Now what can I do ? Is there any such order which prohibits the teachers of the new set up jr high upper primary schools to do b.ed on deputation ?

  16. What is the basic diffrence among Govt. School, Govt. Sponsored School and Govt. aided school? Please let me know about the benefits if I opt for Govt. Sponsored School. I have heard that in case of Govt. Sponsored school, the M.C. will no more run by the local body, Govt. representatives will be there...but what about Guardian Representatives? As per RTE/2009, 75% of the members of M.C. will be G.R.!! And what about compulsory routine transfer?

  20. m an inservice at of comp sc (additional post) year 2009 joining , after retention of post , my school is sending slary requisition in a diff sheet meant for ssm teachers. so is it ok in my case though m an hs section teacher bt my salary is coming from ssm.when i enquired my hm said that in the year 2009 this thng happened, that ssm gave appointment to hs section ...plz help.

  32. I am an SEO and acting as the Chairman, Ad-Hoc Committee, New Set Up Jr. High Schools in my Block.
    Could you please load the Management of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary) Rules, 1972 AND West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963.
    Those two acts find mention in the Kolkata Gazette Notification No. 491-SL/5S-264/12-20th March, 2013, published on April 1, 2013, regarding conversion from Aided schools to Sponsored schools.

    In 1984 Mr. Samiran Dutta had been passed H.S Exam & his subject combinations are pols.,phil. & geography in H.S.& in 1984-85 session he had passed two years B.A.Pass with pols., bengali & geography.After that, he joined in School as an A.T. in 1992.For getting the benefit of higher scale, in 1997 he completed special honours in HISTORY (Though after Madhyamik, he never had HISTORY in his subject combination either in H.S. or in B.A.).Will it be possible for any candidate to complete B.A.Special Honours in a subject(HISTORY) that is not taken in any examination after M.P.?
    Then in 1998 , he passed M.A.in Ancient Indian History & Culture.Will he be eligible to become an A.H.M. in his School?

  55. sir, i am working in a govt-aided secondary school and my wife is working in an I.T sector. my question is, do i have to submit my spouse's salary structure (in support of the H.R.A drawn by her)along with the COSA form?
    is it mandatory to show the spouse's H.R.A if he/she is working as a a non-govt employee?

  59. Please tell me whether the increments will be stop after 2012 if service life of a ssc teacher is over 5 years in the present condition! Is there any govt.   67. I take mutual transfer from one to another district. In my first approval there is clerical typing mistake. My qualification is typed as B.A., B. V.S. instead of B.A., B.V.A. I already applied to my old school for making correction through A.D.I. office. But my new approval is not still finalized because of this error. My L.P.C. is correctly issued. Already 5 months spent, how long time can I wait! if there is any other possibilities please advise me.
